The Indian Premier League’s (IPL) 2025 season is ready to go. The 18th tournament will begin on March 22 at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata with a match between the Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bengaluru.
Many people will be watching the Sanju Samson-led Rajasthan Royals ahead of the next season. The Royals were quite active in the IPL 2025 super auction and made some big roster alterations for the next year. The Royals posted a video of their top batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal attending their camp on social media as the next IPL tournament approaches.

Jaiswal has developed into a vital member of the Royals throughout the years and is currently regarded as the team’s key man. The youthful player is likely to perform well in the next event. “JaisBall season is here,” the Royals said as the caption for their photo.
It is noteworthy that the Rajasthan Royals will play the formidable Sunrisers Hyderabad in the opening match of the 2025 Indian Premier League. On March 23, the two teams will square off in Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium. It’s interesting to observe that the Royals had a rather forgettable IPL 2024. Even though they had a great start to the season, the team did not fare well in the latter stages of their campaign.
Although they made it to the tournament’s playoffs, Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated them. But with a new team and a new season, RR will be hoping for better results. It’s noteworthy to note that before to the massive auction, the Royals decided to bring in Wanindu Hasaranga, Maheesh Theekshana, Nitish Rana, and several other players instead of keeping players like Jos Buttler, Trent Boult, Ravichandran Ashwin, Yuzvendra Chahal, and many more.
