The Rajasthan Royals (RR), a franchise in the Indian Premier League (IPL), have partnered with Cricket District, a UK-based multi-platform media network.
Throughout IPL 2025, Cricket District intends to “produce captivating, behind-the-scenes content, offering their global network unique insights into the Royals’ training camp and campaign.”

“We were really impressed when we first met Cricket District in 2022 in Saint Lucia for a content collaboration,” stated Rohan Talpade, Head of Social Media at the Rajasthan Royals. Cricket District has a similar approach to storytelling as we do, and we’re constantly searching for interesting ways to connect with supporters. This collaboration is a fantastic chance to produce engaging and educational material, with an emphasis on long-form narrative that provides supporters with an unmatched team-following experience.
“We are very excited to be working with the Rajasthan Royals,” stated Toby Marriott, the founder of Cricket District. Working with such a dynamic and forward-thinking team as the Royals to bring fans closer to the action is an amazing opportunity. The IPL is the largest cricket competition in the world. We are eager to get going.
A multi-platform media network called Cricket District was founded in the UK and disseminates content about cricket on a range of television and internet platforms.
By offering news, analysis, highlights, and in-depth coverage of cricket, it aims to engage cricket enthusiasts. With a variety of media formats, such as articles, videos, live streaming, and social networking information, the network serves as a hub for cricket enthusiasts.
Through the agreement, the Royals will be able to leverage Cricket District’s network for focused marketing campaigns, reaching interested parties with information about the club, products, and events. The partnership may ultimately lead to more sponsorship opportunities, increased money from media rights, merchandising, and other commercial agreements, and increased visibility and engagement.
