Cristiano Ronaldo already has over 12 million subscribers on YouTube.
Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the all-time greats in soccer, has advanced in his career. After dominating football for over 20 years, Ronaldo has made the decision to pursue a career in content creation. He started by establishing his YouTube account, UR Cristiano. Ronaldo broke a “world record” in the first few hours of launching his YouTube channel by being the first person to reach one million subscribers in the quickest amount of time in the platform’s history. Furthermore, Ronaldo’s YouTube channel achieved a global record of 10 million subscribers in just one day.
Already, one of the most followed celebrities on social media is Ronaldo. He has 170 million Facebook fans, 636 million Instagram followers, and 112.5 million X (previously Twitter) followers.
“The anticipation is now over. At last, my @YouTube channel is live! Ronaldo announced the beginning of his new trip on social media on Wednesday. “SIUUUbscribe and join me on this new journey,” he said.
Ronaldo celebrated the channel’s first day with videos, which included a teaser trailer and an entertaining game of trivia with his partner Georgina Rodriguez. A video of the Portuguese football player seeing his Madame Tussauds wax statue was also shown on the channel.
Prior to this, Hamster Kombat held the record for the fastest YouTube channel to achieve the 10 million mark, taking just 7 days to do it. With over 12 million subscribers now, Ronaldo’s channel is growing at a rate that has never been witnessed before.
In the coming days, it wouldn’t be shocking if the seasoned striker, who currently plays for the Saudi Arabian team Al-Nassr, broke a number of further records on YouTube.
